With two decades of experience living yoga as well as studying the relationship between yoga and nutrition, fitness and longevity, I weave a tapestry of self awareness through mindful movement, daily habits, ritual observance, self reflection, meal planning, training, somatic experiencing and a vision of long term vitality. My approach draws from wisdom acquired from deep study, earnest practice, and years of development through providing and receiving mentorship.

With the correct support, one can achieve any goal. My grounded presence cuts through the noise with playfulness and depth.

My mission is to foster a global evolution, guiding others toward deep self discovery, vibrant health, and lasting vitality.
